Both the title and the central figure of this augmented sculpture pay homage to HSM Coxeter (1907 - 2003), one of the most important geometers of the twentieth century. The tetrahedron in the centre of the artwork is composed of two octahedral kaleidoscopes, as defined by Coxeter.

The piece presents an exploration of reflections on different surfaces, which allow the moving image to expand beyond the screen and adopt the shape of the tetrahedron. This polyhedron is one of the 5 Platonic solids, for the Pythagoreans it represented the fire element.
